International Financial Institutions (IFIs)

In recent years bit has strengthened its cooperation with IFIs and Organisations for Development Cooperation and has carried out numerous education projects throughout the world in remote and under developed regions.

As an Austrian company we have been partners with the Austrian Development Agency (ADA) for many years. We have carried out a total of 5 projects for them in Kosovo, Serbia, Ethiopia and Kenya. What all of these projects have in common is the development of the education and training systems in those countries through the targeted transfer of know-how, the execution of training measures and the establishment of standardised trainings and certifications at an international level.

Together with the German Development Cooperation (GTZ), we also carried out worldwide projects in 2004 first in Kazakhstan and Iran and currently in Ethiopia where we are establishing internationally recognised entrepreneur education and training courses.
Furthermore, we are managing a multi-year project in Russia on behalf of the World Bank, for the introduction of e-Learning in schools.
